Pedal Vibration Not Working on ClubSport Pedals V3

I recently acquired the ClubSport Pedals V3 along with the CS DD Extreme package. For reasons I don't quite understand, the firmware does not work correctly with this base or wheel. I have a problem with the pedals: although they don't need any updates, the vibration doesn't work. How do I know the pedals aren't damaged? Because in my effort to get the wheel and base working correctly, I've tried several versions of the drivers, and in some of them, the pedal vibration works. Does anyone know which is the best driver option?
