Sent my Clubsport DD to warranty in Australia but nervous as its in the middle of no where

Hi guys

So far Fanatec actually gave me a RMA number and details to send it i shipped it off it got delivered i never received the '' automated email '' I'm suppose to get when they receive it now they are not responding and I'm starting to get really nervous as the address i shipped it too was legit in the middle of nsw/queensland and now i"m not sure what to do anymore ><

    And what should this forum now do to help you?

    The response times from customer Service are currently over 3 weeks. You most likely just need to be patient until they get back to you.

    I was hoping for some InSite from some other Australians that have recently warrantied stuff :/ or if the actual address was legit..
