V3 throttle dampener snapped

I sent on a support ticket just a few moments ago. I am curious how many people use the throttle dampener kit and the pedal extenders on the ClubSport V3? it seems the lower nuts on the throttle extender plate interfere with the red aluminum lug at the top of the dampener and I believe that’s what caused the threaded shaft to snap under plenty of usage. They seem to hit before I reach full throttle. I bought another one to use on both but found the one on the brake unnecessary.

I’m going to reset my throttle range to accommodate this. Again I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem?
