so we have started a lawsuit and we are sueing for compensation cause i waited for 5 months and i got it but we started a lawsuit so we are going to keep it going for compensation but do they do this in this situation i am curious

    They offered a 10/20% discount voucher on their next order for cancelled BF orders. And possibly in some instances in the past. Thats it
