A month and a half ago I spent $1700 on my first fanatec setup. The $1000 DD+ base bricked itself after about 5 hours of use. I Immediately put in a ticket and it takes forever to get a response. I finally get the thing sent back to me after a month and a half of waiting. And guess what?! They sent back the wrong base! They sent a regular DD instead of a DD+. I play on PlayStation and the base they sent me is not even compatible with playstation. I don't even know what to do at this point I can't deal with this anymore.

    😂 this one's good, at least you might have a base that works.

    They sent me mine again, but it's totally out of order and there's still no answer for the second future rma after 3 weeks. 

    In short a real disaster for many
