Where is my order?
I placed my order on March 28, 2024. Today is April 14th, 2024 and the order is still not there. And no one from Fanatec support writes back or gets in touch. Can you help me ?

I also received a confirmation by email on March 29, 2024 that the items were being prepared for shipping. I haven't heard anything from fanatec since then.

I'm from France, i ordered csl dd r2r bundle + accessories on the 28th march and I got this morning an email saying order has been given to UPS and will be there tomorrow (18 of april).
On the 29th march order status was "Handover to warehouse".
So I believe it depends on what you've ordered.
Delivery time may be around 1 month since order status is "Handover to warehouse".
I am from Germany and orderd a csl dd r2r bundle also on the 28th and since then it was Handover to Warehouse. I hope mine is also coming xD
