Another DD 8Nm up in smoke

Got myself this + wheel + pedals for my birthday, arrived on monday, lasted all of 3 hours over 2 days. Sent support ticket, have even offered to buy a clubsport now and get refunded the difference once the rma process concludes, silence. Am considering just contacting consumer affairs Australia and let them know this company is selling tinderboxes, processing a chargeback and going elsewhere and Fanatec can come and pick their shit up if they want it back.

I don’t really care how long the email backlog is, there’s zero justification for not providing immediate service when you’re selling $700 units that catch fire after a day. I’m left stuck with $1700 invested in a proprietary ecosystem and they think I’m prepared to wait 3 weeks for a response I’m dying.

    Its been almost a year that i see constanty the smoke generator reports and they still allow contiune this. Soo weird.
