Can't add a product

I recently receive csl pedals has a gift and i have a problem with them. I would like to use the waranty but it's impossible to add them to my existant products. Does anybody have a solution ?

    Had the same issue - gives an error code despite the serial number being correct. Their system is broken for stuff like this. Just email them direct and give them all the info;

    I have the sane issue here. I have sent an email to the fanatec support europe, still waiting for response.
