You dont even said what exactly your issue is... But that error Code in the Logs is absolutely normal,.happens to everyone. It is NO issue
oke it doesn't want to switch gears for a while and then does it again
Sometimes I can drive 2 laps and nothing happens and once I can't shift gears and then I can switch again

That sounds like a hardware issue and you need to contact the support.
It's definitely not related to this normal log message.
