Hello and sorry for my English.

I can't send a message to technical support, the site tells me to put a message and a subject, so I contact you here

I'm having a problem with the H-gearbox. It turns out that sometimes the gears don't shift correctly. For example, when I want to shift into 3rd gear, it puts me into 1st gear. The gears that cause problems are regularly 1, 3 and 5. I've already recalibrated several times but it doesn't change anything.

    Could be EMI? Have you got a ferrite core on the shifter cable?

    Or you might want to put some electrical tape on the contacts:

    Indeed, it worked. I had to do it twice, but it worked. I used electrician's tape. Don't hesitate to go wider than the pcb. I did both to be on the safe side.

    I have the same problem with my second shifter. My frist one is about 2 or 3 years old. The second one is a black friday 2023 shifter.

    According to reddit this problem was supposed to be fixed with later products.

    I turned to customer service with my issue and it turns out my „new shifter“ has a much lower serial number than my old one. Maybe our misshifting shifters are products from an old batch…
