apm right side module not working properly

hello all im looking for help with the podium advanced paddle module i installed everything correct on my formula v2.5 rim and the left side paddles all work fine but for some strange reason the right side paddles are not working only the middle paddle works for up shifting the top paddle is not working and the clutch paddle does not work . i just bought them first day putting them on and they are dead on arrival . also in fanatec control panel the clutch is flickering and when i switch to my pedals to see if i need to calibrate the clutch its flickering on my pedals . any help please i dont want waste 200 dollars for a doa product.

    also all my firmware is up to date i also installed on a different rim and it also does the same thing .

    I am also having trouble with the right side paddle

    set. My clutch/hand brake paddle does not work. I have

    updated everything and it will not work. On my

    PC in the calibration it shows first 3% then it stops

    working. I’m past my return date so I was hoping to

    be able to fix that one paddle. If anyone has any

    idea how to rebuild/repair it I would appreciate it.

    I’m using Formula V2.5x rim on PS5. I wanted the

    red highlights.
