I sent my fanatec order that I was not happy with back to fanatec. It arrived to their warehouse on Monday the 18th I haven't gotten an email or anything saying it's been received and processing return. How long should I usually wait ?

    I've been waiting for any sort of response from them about the defective equipment they sent me. It's been almost two weeks. Good luck.
