GT DD Pro Broken Toggle/Switch

This wheel and pedal set has been a great purchase. About a month of use later, a lower left side switch made a crunch and is now limp and does nothing. I can work around it using a PS5 controller,but it's a pain. I did a support request right away and have heard nothing! Just did another, even though it says don't make a second request. Anyone have luck getting help for a broken wheel? Would be nice to at least get an email that they got my cry for help...
