Power outage mid firmware update.

Started the latest and greatest firmware update on my DD2 and halfway through the process the house had a power outage.

Nothing I do is bringing the wheel back to life, I've tries every process available on these forums to no avail.

Hit the power button and it comes to life, but half a turn into the process and it simply stops, no lights, nothing.

Fanatec Control Panel recognizes the pedals, but not the wheel.

Honest answer from the company would be nice, is the wheel bricked?

If so what are my options?

P.S The wheel was connected to a Panamax to protect my electronics, so I'm going to assume it was the firmware update being cut short.

Is there a way to do a factory reset on the unit?

    You need to contact Fanatec support, with a ticket, I'm afraid. I don't think they will respond here. The sooner you do it the sooner they will respond, there is a long waiting queue.
