USA RMA expected repair time
Hi everyone, do you have any recent experience with the repair shop in the US ? I would like to know an approximate time of repair. I sent my base and wheel for repair (probably pin replacement) and everything arrived in Texas on 08/02. How long is usually a repair based on your recent experience ? When should I expect to have my products send back to me?

Sent mine in last month and still waiting. Currently chasing where it is as I received an email on 1/26 that Fanatec received it. Got an email on 2/16 that they never received anything... this is for a Podium DD1 setup.
Oh that sucks. The only thing I received is the Fedex delivery track system. They received everything on Feb 8th. Nothing after this.

I am in US and I got DD+ Extreme, it has coil whine (very quiet when starting cold, but after few minute it warms up and starts whining) but functionally works good. Just annoying.
I think I am going to wait for RMA. Too many problems and VERY VERY disorganized. CEO should be ashamed.
Here the same have also a very quiet little coil whine for the DD+
I believe first couple of production batches have these issues. Something on production line maybe. I am still wondering if I should RMA or just return it and go back to DD Pro for now. If a DD costs $1000, it should not have ANY issues in my opinion.
Yes that’s true but I read somewhere on the forum if it doesn’t annoy you it doesn’t need to be repaired so I will stick with it mate.
