Package Return to Unknown Recipient 'Walera

To be able to change my order from DD+ to DD Extreme, Fanatec recommended me to reject the package when UPS came to deliver it. I did exactly that, and UPS is supposed to have returned it today. However, I have a doubt since the recipient was "walera" and I don't know who or what that is. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Walera is the person that signed for the package at the delivery adress.

Or a shipping receiving clerk at Fanatec 😉
