BF order cancelled after 3 months

Hi,

i’d like to share my sad situation.

I placed an order on 23rd of November, on Black Week. I got confirmation on 25th. Then on 17th of December order status changed to Handover to warehouse. And since then… completely quiet.

All items were on stock, nothing special ordered.

I sent few emails, once I got a general answer about delays, sorry etc.

But few days, after almost 3 months of waiting I asked again why I am not getting my equipment, how long I must wait and also wrote that I will consider return of my money (~€1400) if waiting time would be extremely long.

As a reply, I got an information that my order cannot be processed further (without a reason) and they will return my money. Of course they are sorry. AFTER 3 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY CONTACT FROM FANATEC.

Completely frustrating, especially that total black week discount on my order was above 20%. Now I can of course put a new order or get lost. What’s wrong with that company?

Is that a way to save money now? They just cancel some orders with too much loss for them?

I am really disappointed and hope they do not approach to other customers like this.
