CSL DD 8 Nm random freezes mid race
So i had the CSL DD 8 Nm for few months and it's starting to get on my nerve and destroying my races.
At least 1-2 times while using it, i have random freezes. That means the force feedback, the buttons and the steering is gone (Formula V2.5), but only for half a second or so. Few minutes ago it froze in Au Rouge and send me into the wall. I tried already to push the shaft in and tighten the clamp but after a while, it still freezes for a second. I already read a few discussions about this topic but a lot of people have a complete disconnection and with mine it's only a freeze and then the connection ist there again. Should i try to buy a Two-Piece Collar Clamp or do you guys think it's something different?

what game you pointing? or it happens with all games?
i to seen when fanatec full app freeze self as well but that what you say could come game self as well.
It happend already on ACC, AC and iracing. so i don't think the issue has something to do with the game
