DD1 Podium - FFB 50% weaker in one direction

Not sure if I'm in the correct place for this post.
I'm having a few issues with my DD1 and its so annoying. I'm up to date with all drivers and firmware. Running FFB at 50%. I'm finding that when racing on F1 23(PC) the ffb when turning right feels at least 50% weaker than when I'm turning right!
Its also randomly playing up where the wheel just goes mental jerking left and right, even when out of the game and just in the fanatec control panel, also when this happens and it stops. It doesn't save the wheel centre at all.
Absolute trash.
I've tried motor calibrations, wheel centres, firmware upgrades, reinstalling firmware etc. Just can't get it to work smoothly.
