We have an update for those who ordered the ClubSport Steering Wheel V2.5 X in Europe and were still waiting for their order. Since we oversold this product on Black Friday, we shipped more than 400 V 2.5X orders across the globe. This week, we released an additional 700 V2.5X units Europe, for which processing is already underway. Please check your order via your customer account for an update on the tracking number.

When the latest can we expect to receive our V2.5X in Europe? Also it can be understood that 1100 wheels have been sent already. How much are left to be sent at this moment?
Unfortunately, not for me. My order nr is 183xxxx. Hopefully, they do have a good FIFO system..
Still wondering what they gonna do with the warranties.. It is ridiculous the warranty is going on for 4 months, without the actual articles being shipped. Please fix this as soon as the articles are being shipped.

You are a little bit of a conspiracy theorist, because as Thomas Jackeneimer said in the video, I don’t remember of which youtuber, they oversold by mistake and further more at a very low price, if you think it’s a discount of 140 euros only on the steering wheel. So I don’t think it was intentional, they are sponsor of big racing events I don’t think they would ruin their reputation like that on purpose.

my order number is 183XXXXX ordered at 24th November around 16:00 (4 PM)
Okay, I think the FIFO order is not respect, because I have order 1828xxx at 24th November around 13:00

Friend of mine ordered a day later then me and also received it earlier then me (about 1,5 month ago) there is no FIFO in there

I expect that you will also prolong the warranty period respectively. In my case it is still listed under November, which doesn’t seem right to me. It is not my fault that it takes you 3-4 months to ship a product
