Fanatec, I want to CANCEL a order to place a new ORDER

@fanatec @james @Thomas Jackermeier  Very simple, the website does not allow me to cancel the order because it's in:

But now I want the DD Extreme. They messed with me and many others, so please, I just ask for your help to expedite this. Do I have to wait for you to send me the DD+ to return it, keep waiting for it to arrive, verify that everything is fine, and then return me the €1000 so I can order the DD Extreme? PLEASE, this is ridiculous. I feel stupid for asking for something logical instead of going to another brand.

    You might not receive a response. Initiate a reverse payment, and your refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. After completion, your order status will reflect as canceled in your order history.

    I'm in the same boat, wanted to modify my order slightly and reaching out to customer service tells me to not expect a reply for ~2 weeks. Ridiculous.

    Considering doing a charge back and ordering from another brand
