Issue asking for support on podium hub

Goodnight.

"The problem started when the steering wheel was no longer recognized, then I went to check and there was a firmware upgrade available for the podium hub, when I tried to upgrade it was no longer possible because the upgrade went into a loop. And when i go check the firmware version it shows zero in the version of the podium hub firmware." - message of my support request.

Already used the support button several times but i see no ticket getting created or received any email confirming my request for support. At the moment i cannot use my wheel and would like to know what to do.
