Anyone from Support active on the forums?
back and forth regarding my dd2. PDD quick release error, went through all the steps, couldnt get it working. Reseated cables etc, nothing. Need to RMA. Sent ticket, fanatec sent address to send the dd2 but did not send me an rma slip. I had attached purchase order etc, only had this for a year, so warranty should be covering all of this. No response to my email back saying that the dd2 is under warranty. Beyond frustrating that this is going on three weeks, getting two replies a week.

I’m not sure if anyone actually works at Fanatec at all, let alone someone from support that would actually monitor this forum. Countless posts and threads here, and elsewhere online about zero response from anyone at Fanatec.
