Deleted my post
I posted about needing help because my order has been in limbo for 2 weeks and customer service has not answered with anything but form messages for over a week. It was deleted. Apparently Fanatec have enough time to delete posts but not respond to their paying customers.

It hasn't been deleted, it's a software problem with the forum, which has been reported for years. No censorship, just a malfunction of the site, which nevertheless seems to be the Fanatec thing that works best.
