GT DD pro set up issues brake pedals

Hi All,
We are new to this and have had a baptism of fire tonight trying to update firmware etc. Have now done this, then had issues with pedals, blew manufacturing dust and crap out of RJ45 lead, Accelerator now working but not the brake pedal??? Any ideas out there? I've blown and sucked the RJ45 some more but to no avail!

Do the pedals communicate with USB to PC? What firmware did you load?
