Warranty replacement
I know there are a lot of threads here about how long it’s taking to get stuff or what a bad job fanatec did with something.
I bought my CSL DD 8NM around October and was using it a lot then sometime in early December the base wouldn’t work any longer. I worked with fanatec trying to diagnose the problem and they finally wanted me to send it back so they could have a look.
Happy to say that they replaced my base and everything is back and going well. I was not happy when the base decided to stop working but realize that things happen sometimes, happy that they stood behind their product and kept a customer happy.
