Concern - QR1 Lite Out of Stock US Webshop

I placed an order on friday 1/19 with the 2.5x 25% off voucher. Threw in the QR1 Lite because its free and it was avail, but I planned on Using the QR2 Bundle I also ordered anyways. Over the weekend (around saturday afternon) I noticed that the QR1 Lite updated to being completely out of stock in the US webstore. My order was 'handover to warehouse' on monday.
I am concerned that they will turn around and inform me that there is some delay or stock problem with the QR1 Lite and delay my entire order like they did for my BF order. I am afraid to cancel and re-order due to the fact I will lose the 25% off Voucher as well.
Has anyone else in US recently order a QR1 Lite and had theirs ship?
If anyone from Fanatec is around (doubt) can you please confirm my order 1902404 will not be delayed due to QR1 Lite?

I've been in "Handover to Warehouse" status for almost two weeks now. The order is just for the McLaren GT3 wheel (QR1 Lite included) and \a CSL Load Cell kit. The QR1 Lite being out of stock might help explain the delay. But who knows?
fwiw, I don't even see the QR1 Lite being available as an individual purchase. Did you mean the QR2?
the f1 2.5 x should come with the metal Clubsport QR1 for free. i never would buy it with a qr lite.
I've also been waiting on a McLaren GT3 rim with a free QR1 Lite for well over a week now (despite selecting overnight shipping). As far as I know, you can't check out unless all items in the cart are in stock or available for preorder. It would be strange if they didn't have enough QR1 lites allocated for their rims and bundles, considering its a free item. They also aren't offering preorders on it, unlike the EU site. Very strange situation.
I just dont understand how fanatec can possibly be so incompetent as to not be able to tell if they have stock or not.. how is it possible or legal to sell an item and then tell us they dont have it
I re-orderd a Mclaren Elite bundle, with a qr2 metal bundle. I threw in the QR1 lite like a fucking idiot becuase it was free, i thought at the time might was well, maybe i can resell it or something. Big fuckin mistake.
i mentioned the 2.5x because thats where i got the 25% voucher from, my original order was made on nov 24.
It must be illegal, considering they won’t let us cancel nor can I get a response from anyone through their support form. This company has been around for over two decades, yet they are operating like a shady startup
