I don't know how many times you want me to explicitly state to cancel my order
Original order 1811588 placed on November 21st. No communication with me until an email 2 weeks ago where I stated I wanted a refund.
Today I get an email that a new order 1903795 has been "Handover to warehouse". Honestly this is just taking the piss now. I have NO interest in your products anymore.
Please kindly return my money. I've never felt so ignored by a company who took my money in my life. I will not spend another penny with you.

What's even more painfully funny is, say even if I were of the mind to accept this order.
The original order was at the Black Friday price, meaning that's what I would pay VAT on once it arrives in the UK. The new Receipt is at the full price which is almost DOUBLE. So who'd be picking up the bill there?
I'm convinced the "Handover to warehouse" is a scam, if you read their ToS it states that your right to cancel is revoked once it enters "Handover to warehouse" phase. You know how I know? I emailed them asking where my order was, as I recieved no package tracking or updates in my account. The package was conveniently found at customs and my account then said "Handover to warehouse". I've had my wheel for 6 months now, it still says "Handover to warehouse" in my account which tells me they just set that manually so you they can deny you a refund.
100% agree, it's just to lock people in to their orders so changing their mind is nigh on impossible.
I've had enough though and opened a dispute through the bank, I will no longer want anything from Fanatec anymore so I sincerely hope they enjoy paying charge back fees.
I'm currently dealing with my QR1 Lite creaking like fuck, it's a known issue that Fanatec refuses to awknowledge. I can see me claiming Section 75 with my bank if I don't get a response back from them with a solution within the 7 days outlined in their ToS.
