QR2 Questions? Scerws? Grease?

Good morning, I received my QR2 yesterday. Now I have two questions. The assembly etc went really well. I am also very satisfied with the strength. However, I think that pulling the QR forwards and backwards would make it easier. So I think there could be a bit more grease between the mechanics (wheelside I mean). I find it very dry with metal rubbing on metal. Secondly, I wonder why no screws were included for mounting the wheel. ? They are included with the QR1. What happens if I don't have a QR1. How can I attach it then? Otherwise, what size screws do I need? What size? Thanks in advance
