Can anyone contact Fanatec in Australia?

I reached out to Fanatec at the start of the month regarding updates about the QR2 ordered during BF that has availability of 18 December on my order but I don't seem to be able to get any response? I'm seeing some people in other regions are getting replies but it seems to be radio silence here at the bottom of the world.

    ACT here I've had zero comms since the middle of December despite frequent attempts by FB/Email etc.

    DD+ and QR2 std ordered on the 19th Oct. blog email came, but since then nothing.
