fannatec firmware software manager loop

Hi, i just got my first fanatec gear (csl dd f1 bundle) and installed it but after i lunched the software update on the firmware manager, i have beenn blocked on the please waite screen for 2 hour now. by lookinng here and in reddit its my understannding that if i stop the update i brick my wheel base.(pc drivers version 455)

pleeese help (i just lunch a ticket with 7 day cooldown)

    all good, i had to close the manager to restart it whithout the wheel to update the qr1
