25% voucher received
Just to let you all know, I have received the 25% voucher today (09/01 at 3pm UK)
Bit of a history of my order...
BF order cancelled on the 15th of December, Cancelation took place a day later on the 16th of December.
Been waiting since then. Raised a ticket on the 21st of December asking about the lead time, no response received.
Voucher received on the 9th of January.
Used it to place an order also on the 9th of January, no issues reported.
... also as you can read above the vouchers are now valid until the end of May,

for me everthing is ok now, what not mean that i´m okay with the way fanatec operated in the last months. and i really hope that fanatec are now really change their customer support.
