How do I know if my support Ticket was created correctly?

I Just sent 2 Support tickets away for my GT DD Pro Wheel base which stopped working after only 4 days and 8 hours of Usage. How do I know that It's been crated Correctly? If any admin sees this, maybe can they check if they are able to see the tickets?


Also, i wasnt able to create the tickets under the Wheelbase itself and only under the Boost kit since the S/N only registered under the boodt kit, even though the S/N i put in was under the Wheel base and on the box of the Wheel Base

  • If your support ticket was send, you will receive an standard confirmation e-mail from fanatec quiet quick.

    If you didn´t get these confirmation e-mail, i guess your ticket dosen´t went trough.

    Maybe try it with another browser, a couple of users had problems with different browsers.
