Pedal damper not yet ship even it is ready to ship

ordered at Japan region webpage on 18/12/23, and the availabilities is 28/12 during the order. Then it changed to 2/1/24, however, up this moment. The order status is still in process even the item on the Japan region webpage is shown ready to ship. Fanatec, why don’t you ship my item? Or should I cancel and order again?

    TLDR: They have sold more than they could ship before Christmas shutdown. Now they must stock check across all regions before sending any more orders. Hopefully we'll see things starting to move from Thursday for people who ordered items that were not over-sold, or pre-order.

    If you cancel and order again, your order will go behind anyone who ordered since you did. So good for them, bad for you.
