Return Refund
How long does it usually take for a refund to process? I've returned a set of pedals over three weeks ago and sent another email over a week ago with still with no response. I followed all the rules on the return email and still have no word. I'm beyond the 30 days now but my items were sent within that frame. I hope I am not penalized for the delay in communication

You should not be penalized at all u can see the date u send it to them on the tracking in case of a dispute
