Please contact Fulfillment....WHAT??
Hi everyone, I need help.
I sent my purchase back in December (FANATEC received the package on 12/27). I sent an email asking for the status of my refund, this was the response:
"Please contact Fulfillment, if you are already in contact with them, please rely to their emails. This can only be checked from Fulfillment."
I have not received any contact yet, apart from this email received today. I didn't understand what I should contact and how.

I don't understand why you returned the goods?
especially if you bought it on BF, with a promotional discount. you could simply put on the market sale that you were selling brand new equipment of theirs and you would have made someone happy, including yourself.

I just wanted help and to understand who I should contact for the refund.
I returned the product so as not to further lower the selling price.
I would try to use the Sales in the dropdown when you make a ticket. Or look for a fulfillment category? And ask them to forward you to the correct department if you have not reached the correct one in your ticket.
