Missing Power Supply (CSL-DD 8nm)

I placed an order for a basic setup around the first week of December and got lucky in the way that most of the gear arrived before Christmas day, but as the title suggests, the package came without a power supply. I've already submitted a ticket through the Fanatec system on the 24th, but it has been radio silence ever since I got the confirmation email that the ticket was submitted. Is this par for the course for this time of year? The email said 2-3 days reply time, or is Fanatec completely shut down during the new year? Their call line has been "unavailable" every time I have tried to use it. Just want to make sure my bases are covered.

Same thing happened to me. It's been over 2 months, no response from their support. They don't care. Do a chargeback with your credit card provider, it's the only way.
Same to me, we ordered during the black friday two bundles, including the Load cell brake kit and the 8nm power supply. One of the power supply was missing, the UPS documentation also not considering it, we ordered an even number of elements (2 unit per product) and we receive a odd number of packages. No mail response, no ticket response, no tracking number, no support response, we are trying to chargeback with the credit card
