Shipping costs?

I ordered a gt dd pro bundle this month and had to pay 15+ euros for shipment.
Ordered the McLaren wheel just now and the shipping costs are 26?
I checked again en they charge more for only the wheel. Why?

shipping rates vary by time. You have something moving at the busiest time of the year
If that was true then every thing would have the same shipping cost.
Now it varies per product i order. and that's strange.
If i select the GT DD PRO again i have to pay 15 euro. But if i select the Wheel i need to pay 26.
