day 42-how long is it legal to keep my € without delivering product,refunding, or answering 1 email?

If a description of my experience with this and a previous order offends you, Fanatec, perhaps you should improve your user experience and not delete reports of it.
On the title question, we will find out. I have submitted a complaint to www.eccnet.eu , the European Consumer Centre. I encourage others to do the same, and to connect with me on Discord and Twitter if Fanatec chooses to delete legitimate reports of our experience.

2) your order cannot be fulfilled anymore (products cannot be delivered by producing company)
3) you cancel your order

How do I cancel my order if there is no way to do it online and they don't reply to emails or phone calls or social media messages or comments Marcel?
if this is for an order with a DD+ attached to it, which im guessing it is from your link, you should still have a cancel button in your orders.
As far as i know. No ones DD+ has moved past "order is in process" phase. Not sure if the button exists after it goes to the warehouse.
I have no such button. There is no way for me to cancel the order. Status is "handover to warehouse". Product had been sitting in a warehouse in Spain for a month and has then been returned to Germany.
