New CEO: My application to Fanatec, my quest to get my order delivered
41 days since I paid for my order #1796119, and not a word from Fanatec.
I'm frustrated, but I am also an efficient, calculating machine. That is to say, I am an engineer. Fanatec builds great hardware but their logistics sucks incredible amounts of rear.
Community, I ask you to please support me in my bid for the position of new Fanatec CEO. I am one of you, and I will fix the logistics hell that this company is undergoing. This is a European company and it should behave in a reliable, effective manner!

CEO material you are not. Now if you were shooting for a job in Logistics you might have a shot. Fanatec's issues are the disconnect from its hardware manufacturer and its shipping and receiving. On all of my orders, I receive an email when I place my order and when it is transferred to the warehouse for shipping. I have never gotten an email when the items are shipped. I have a UPS and FedEx account (USA) and any package that has my selected address on it. I get a notification from them that I have a package coming with tracking info. It is the 21st century we all expect to be notified when our $1000+ dollar order shipped and our 59-cent order is on its way. We are spoiled and we demand to know that we are important.
