What else can be messed up?
After a month waiting for my order I finally received my remaining packages from FedEx to find out Fanatec sent wrong items. I ordered a CSL DD WRC bundle with a clutch kit and end up receiving a BMW bundle and instead of the clutch a table clamp for the base. How do they end up sending wrong items and on top of that lower value ones. At this point I'm more angry than anything else, because it shouldn't be that have having a small pop up about delays on the main page as other companies do, maybe if I knew from the beginning I would have expected something like this. Now after venting a bit, has this happened to someone else and how did you fix it? I made a webshop ticket, but who knows when they might answers me. Should I do something else that might help the process? Also, I was thinking of at least testing what I have in case the are any product issues, is that a good idea?

it has more to do with the employees taking the wrong items from the shelves this is just making a ticket and hopefully it will be resolved soon
That litterally looks like my order that I made on 12/21/23....
They won't ever answer you, do a chargeback on your card.
