USA RMA to Suddath Global Logistics Experiences?

Got approval from Failtec to RMA 3 QR2s, couldn’t use as they could never ship the DD I had ordered.

Returned in less than 30 days as required, USPS tracking shows it was received at Suddath at La Mirada in California on Nov 28, 2023.

So far no communication, no refund, a few days away from 4 weeks.

Typically this slow on RMAs? Probably made a big mistake returning the QR2s to Failtec, should have sold them on eBay. Now I am at the mercy of Failtec being honest and honoring the RMA process. Now they could just ghost me and refuse to acknowledge receiving the RMA or EVER refund. I don’t think I have any legal recourse, all I can prove is that they received a parcel, not what was in it.
