My Fanatec Story
Recently jumped into the sim racing scene via GT7. Have a LT923 wheel/pedal combo for about 3 months. Just wasn't getting enough feel from the wheel and hated the braking. Decided to take the plunge and get a better cockpit and pair it up with the GT DD Pro 8nm after doing a bunch of online reading and watching various YT reviews. Never occurred to me to check the forum here. All items were in stock, no delay notifications, ordered on December 10th and while there was no tracking it went into completely shipped status for a few days and now is in the handover to warehouse status. While looking at the invoice I realized too that they did not charge me the bundle pricing, but charged me for the 5nm version and the full charge for the 8nm power block. (so 50 bucks USD over the bundle pricing). I'm assuming that I will NOT get two power blocks. I did email Fanatec about this hoping for a refund on the difference but no communication as of yet.
While I was at it I ordered some upgrade parts from 3drap in Italy the day after I ordered the Fanatec stuff from the US and I had those components within 3 days.
$1100 bucks sitting with Fanatec earning them interest and no product to enjoy during my holidays just does not feel like a particularly good value.

I too wish I would have seen this forum before I ordered lol. I would have waited till things improved and just kept using the Logitech set up I had. But I sold that as I didn't see any issues as far as back ordered/not in stock so I assumed everything was good to go, boy was I wrong lol. Hope your issue gets resolved soon.
I feel your pain Matthew. I have an order from November 23rd that has everything in stock yet still sits somewhere. I am in Southern California where the orders ship from and would have my order if they ship today but otherwise Fanatec has screwed me over for the items I ordered for Christmas.
Really shameful behavior.
I'm in the same situation. Placed the order in Dec 1, and so far no news. It's impossible to communicate via phone is USA or Germany, and emails are just ignored. I can't believe this company is the leader in SIM racing hardware..Shameful behavior.
If you mean this package, then everything is in one box with 5nm power supply + 8nm in another box, so he gets two.

You don't get the 5nm power supply in the box with this one
So they must have changed it, I bought this when it was released and got both power supplies
Still in warehouse status. Regardless of what they ship with they over charged me vs what I purchased.
Received tracking numbers last night. 12/23 Order is still in warehouse status.
Did recieve all my Fanatec goodies - one package (the pedals and wheel) took about 4 days longer than the rest but it's here and I don't think fanatec is on the hook for that.
I did NOT get the low power PS - just the Booster and I have not heard back from Fanatec in regards to fixing the billing discrepancy.
My order is still listed as hand off to warehouse under my profile.
That being said I'm very pleased with the results over my 923 setup and it's definitely made me a better (still terrible driver).
So mixed bag here. I think I'm lucky vs some.
