Completely shipped means nothing

I ordered a dd pro, a wheel 2,5x and several things more in 24/11. Completely shipped in 28 or 29 i cant remember. Today I received a refund thanks to paypal. What does mean? That with the holidays closing fanatec, plus inventory, plus v2.5x is not in stock to march and qr1 is not in stock with no date… You will have to wait for your ¨completely shipped¨ to the next year. I really wanted to buy fanatec, but your lack of comunication is very disrespectful. Several ignored emails, calls, chats, and not a single administrator daily in the forums updating info at least in a general way(how much is that? 2 minutes each day?) The only fast response from you is cancel when paypal knocks the door asking what happens with the order. I invite you to think how long are you ready to wait in the unknow

What is interesting is that for the 2 orders I placed for which they did actually ship (cannot use as the never shipped my DD), in my order history they changed the "Completely Shipped" to "Handover to Warehouse".
