When asking about an order issue,always prompts 'Please fill in the captcha-field correctly.
I have made the payment a month ago, and the system indicated that my order would be shipped on December 19th, but there is still no tracking information in the backend. I tried to inquire through the backend, but it always prompts me with 'Please fill in the captcha-field correctly'.
Please provide an official email for me to check the progress of my order.
