Support question

Is there any places where i can see if i submitted a ticket for technical issues? I have done one for payment problems and i got a mail that confirmed the ticket submitted. But i didnt received any mail for the technical one.

  • For anyone in the same situation, i taked too much time to write all the info in the ticket, so when i clicked on submit, it didnt register even after re entering with account credentials. Luckily i saved the big description part and was able to submit another in few moment.

    In short, yes you will receive a mail with confirmation of your support ticket, were you can read all the info you submitted into it, and in case modify it aswell.
