Please provide update for delivery status for CS DD for the various regions that are past the 10 day
With the upcoming holiday and inventory shut down would you (Fanatec) please provide an update to delivery status of the Clubsport DD as many people seem to be well beyond the 10 days since Completely Shipped / Handover to Warehouse status?
This would be greatly appreciated.

And an update on the DD+. The silence is deafening
They use Suddath as their distribution which is located 142221 Artesia Blvd. La Mirada, California 90638. (562)404-7794 they are open 8-5 pacific standard time. Blow up their phone line and force them to ship our orders. This the last time I ever buy any fanatec product ever again.
My order status for the CS DD has been on "Completely Shipped" for 18 days. It did recently change to Handover to Warehouse, which obviously is what they actually meant instead of "completely shipped."
The disappointment in Fanatec's lack of response to the simplest of requests will be hard to forget. I am hoping that the CS DD is as good as I think it will be and will last me to the end of my sim racing days.
Well that says absolutely nothing. Add to that there’s no change in my account. Still says 12/12
As I posted in a different comment section, I got my USPS tracking numbers for the CS DD/QR2's emailed to me from Endicia Dec.14. Since then, they have yet to be updated and still say "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" via the USPS website. Fanatec's status is still "Handover to warehouse".
So no idea when these will arrive. My guess is late January or early February since I'm in Ontario, Canada and having to wait on customs and then Canada Post. No expedites for me despite ordering mid-October.
This is beyond silly.
Has anyone had any luck showing up in person at the distribution center in La Mirada?
I’m pretty sure you and I were on the same boat here with the availability dates, red dot of doom, completely shipped on the 30th. I finally got my shipping info about an hour and a half ago. I hope you did as well.
