Pre Ordered CS DD Oct 25th, Still Nothing.

Pre ordered the CS DD on Oct 25th, along with universal hub, QR2, and NASCAR wheel. Ended up getting the red dot of doom due to the “glitch”. Order was marked completely shipped on Nov 30th. Haven’t seen any moment since. Has anyone that’s had this same issue actually gotten their equipment? US

    You can't trust Fanatec. Some kind of pre-order doesn't matter at all. Orders are processed randomly, they do not have enough quantities in stock, your order may be processed at any time in 2024 (and later). Probably overloading the website during Black Friday caused errors even before Black Friday - I wouldn't even be surprised if it was another message to the public from them.

    Nope, and I preordered on the 14th of October.
