Magnetic shifter only upshifts if you short shift

Like the title says, in iRacing if I Rev to two red lights on the wheel the car won't upshift until I slow enough to down shift. Once I down shift it will upshift again as long as I shift at the first red light on the wheel or earlier. DD1, Podium Endurance Button Module, Podium magnetic shifter, pc driver 454, all updated firmware too. I'm also going into calibration in iRacing every session to check and reset the upshift and downshift paddles. Thoughts? Just started happening in the last few days after working fine for 2 years.
