FedEx tracking by order number
Hello All,
I placed my order on December 10th and on the 11th it changed to fully shipped. No tracking number of course. When I log into fedex and track by reference number and use my order number from fanatec there is a clickable package titled "master" no info on there in regards to shipper or tracking number. But here it does state "package on the way" on progress bar but no other information at all. Anyone else try this? Not sure if the package is just sitting in the warehouse or if fedex does actually have it. It would be strange for the status to state "on the way" if they didn't actually have the shipment but I am not sure.

I tried tracking with order number on an order I have received as well as one that I am still awaiting a tracking number. Both with similar results as you describe.
I would suggest creating an account with FedEx (free) and then go to your profile and sign up for all the notifications with your mobile phone for getting text messages on status of shipments from label created to picked up thru delivery.

Iam on the same situation as you. But it haves 1 week with the on the way status.
Okay so I think that means that fedex does not actually have the shipment but rather it is just linked in their computer system with the order number. Good to know, guess we will continue to wait a while.
Yeah, if you create an account you have a dashboard as well so it really is clear and concise.
Have you all received any communication from Fanatec at all? I will begin the process to dispute the charge with AMEX. I've never experienced customer service this bad..... All I want is a tracking number.
